Mighty Sparrow
Slinger Francisco, better known as Mighty Sparrow, is a Grenadian calypso singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer. Affectionately known as the "Calypso King of the World", Slinger is one of the popular and successful calypsonians. He is an eight time recipient of Trinidad's Carnival Road March competition and Calypso King/Monarch, and has twice won Calypso King of Kings.
